近日，海诚农业集团积极响应市政府号召，迅速组织人力、物力和财力，深入温香、高坨等镇区，进村入户开展水稻收购工作。截止目前，共投入精干人员20余人，收割机械30余台，并已完成了与农户签订收购合同和水稻测水测产等前期工作，水稻收割作业如期进行，水稻收购工作也随之展开。

  这是海诚农业集团成立以来第一次承担市政府指派的秋粮收购任务。为保质保量按期完成水稻收购工作，集团采取了三项有力措施：一是成立临时收贮小分队，集中力量，撸起袖子加油干；二是战前动员，岗前培训。在开展水稻收购业务的同时，注重政府形象，展示集团风采；三是对接三农。紧紧依靠镇村干部密切集团与农户关系，并以此为契机，把新品种、新技术和新信息第一时间推介给农民，让农民在明年品种早定向、计划早安排，解决好服务农民最后一公里问题。

  10月24日，集团总经理李彦睿带领班子成员专门来到工作现场对员工进行了慰问，鼓励他们再接再厉，圆满完成任务。

  This is the first time since the establishment of HCAG has undertaken the autumn grain purchasing task assigned by the municipal government. In order to complete the rice purchase work on time and high quality, they have taken three powerful measures: first, set up a temporary storage team and specialize in special vehicles, and concentrate on the power, we roll up our sleeves and work with added energy! The second is to mobilize the employees before the war, pre-job training. While carrying out the rice purchase business, it pays attention to the image and shows the group's wind color. The third is that connecting work with agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Closely rely on the relationship between the township and village cadres and the farmers, and use it as an opportunity to introduce new varieties, new technologies and new information to farmers in the first time, so that farmers can arrange the things early in the next year, make an early arrangements, and solve the last problems of the peasants.
